Where product potential becomes market momentum

We help performance-oriented brands turn strong products into structured growth through sharper strategy, stronger execution, and modern systems built to scale.

What we do

Here's how we can help you.

We support brands across AI and automation, paid acquisition, measurement, international rollout, and search. In each area, we focus on the same thing: clearer decisions, stronger execution, and growth systems built around the product and the market.

Marketing Operations

Modern systems need judgment

We use AI and automation where they improve precision, speed, and operational quality, while keeping judgment and quality control in the process.

  • We apply AI and automation across analysis, localisation, workflows, and day-to-day execution.
  • Useful systems are adopted early, but only when they prove their value in practice.
  • The result is faster iteration, cleaner processes, and stronger quality control.

Paid Acquisition

Performance works as a system

We improve performance by treating product, angle, creative, landing page, and media as one system.

  • We start with USP, price point, demand, and competitive context before spend is scaled.
  • Angles, creatives, copy, and landing pages are developed to support the same commercial logic.
  • The result is channel planning shaped by product fit, demand maturity, and scale potential.

Measurement

Data should guide decisions

We build measurement to make revenue decisions clearer, not more debatable.

  • We design and implement tracking around the signals that actually matter.
  • Reporting is built to prioritise action instead of adding dashboard noise.
  • The result is clearer testing across price point, AOV, landing page logic, and spend.

International Rollout

New markets need local fit

We treat expansion as a localisation and market-fit problem, not just a rollout task.

  • We decide market order based on fit, demand, regulation, and competitive density.
  • Messaging, creatives, and landing pages are localised for real market fit, not just translation.
  • The result is a rollout structure that stays clean across countries, languages, and teams.

About us

More partner than agency.

Gatila is an independent growth firm, founded in 2012 and based in Essen, Germany. We work with performance-oriented brands that have real product potential, a clear point of difference, and room to scale.

We are most useful when growth feels fragmented. Budget is being spent, channels are disconnected, strategy is unclear, and standard agency logic no longer gets the brand where it needs to go.

We work analytically, directly, and with a deliberately compact setup. We challenge assumptions early, stay close to the commercial reality of the brand, and focus on the outcome, not just the task list.

Our role is closer to a growth partner than a traditional agency. We do not just execute tasks. We help clarify what matters, where the bottlenecks are, and what should happen next.
